Change is painful but nothing is as painful as staying stuck where you don’t belong.” We often feel stuck in the life we have because we don’t want to move through the uncomfortable first. You may have experienced personal trauma, secondary trauma, or a bad run of luck in life. Those moments don’t define your life. Every situation is getting you closer to the person you are supposed to be. If you are wanting to understand and process the uncomfortable, you are in the right place. In therapy, we will work together to process the past, find balance in the present and move towards peace for the future.
